Year after year, we can see changes in the Municipal Local Government of Loreto, Agusan del Sur.
We reviewed our post since we started documenting the development in Loreto and saw impactful improvements.
We posted our first video of the development on November 8, 2021. It garnered 2,030 views as of this writing.
The changes in Loreto from that time up to the present are worthy of praise. Some people might not appreciate the new infrastructure or the developments in the Municipality. They did not realize the impact of those on the economy and progress of Loreto in the long run with proper implementation and support from the local/national governments and other sectors worldwide.
The Changes from November 2021 to December 2022
The changes narrated here are just a portion of the whole. We'll focus on the development within Poblacion showcased in the video published on the Youtube Channel of LLEED.
Center Island

In November 2021, the renovation of the center island took place. Date palms and other ornamental plants are growing there.
Lamp Posts

The only place with lamp posts before 2020 was the center island. Today, the government center has new lamp posts making the area brighter.
Swimming Pool
The swimming pool of the Microtel is a highly maintained amenity of the hotel. The management ascertains that the water in the pool is clean and clear for the clients to enjoy without worrying about health risks.
In the pool are installed seats where swimmers can sit and chill when they're tired of swimming. The lights make the night at the pool vibrant and calming.
Recreation Center

In the development update video last year, this place was still under construction. Today, many come to take photos, play games, and sit and relax.
Public Market and Land Transport Terminal
Last year was the groundbreaking of the new public market and land transport terminal. As of January 2023, the construction is on its way to finality.
