LLEED aspires to provide livelihood, education, employment, and development to the people of Loreto with the help of our partners, stakeholders, and all individuals/groups/organizations/agencies with enthusiasm in attaining the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in 2030.
The first step of LLEED is to help in the establishment and operation of the economic enterprises in the Municipality such as the Microtel, Arena, and Business Center.
To ensure the revenue generation of the enterprises, LLEED will not stop building linkages to the public and private sectors.

The priority of LLEED is numbers 1, 2, 5, 8, 9, and 17.
To promote economic growth, we will continue creating and publishing content to showcase the economic activities of the Municipality.
Our plan to achieve inclusive growth
The spaces for rent in the Arena and Business Center will be available for rent to the interested public, but the local micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) will be prioritized and the rental rate will depend on the income/status of the entrepreneurs.
The resident entrepreneurs/enterprises can avail themselves of the spaces for rent at a discounted rate or the charge may be based on their total sales in a day (this depends on how long they prefer to rent a space).
We will provide marketing support to the lessees (especially those with limited knowledge about the digital world) such as promoting their business/products/services on different online platforms including the Facebook page of LLEED.
Enterprises with the best products/services/practices which are in line with the goals will be given more attention and feature stories may be created and posted on the online platforms of LLEED.
We will strive to reach institutions that can provide the local workers/farmers/entrepreneurs with the right knowledge and skills to get decent work or grow their business.
Our strategies to boost the economy
Entertainment activities are vital to make the people visit a place. Food and accommodation are necessary to make them stay. A safe/secure environment with a good ambiance is one of the ingredients to boost a place’s economy.
The Municipal Mayor and her team, have anticipated these needs. The developments in the Municipality can prove this claim.
On December 3, 2021 (tentative schedule), a great entertainment activity will be launched to give happiness to the people of Loreto and the interested individuals from other cities/municipalities.
More surprises are on the line to keep Loreto shining.
