Looking for Partners for Progress

In the face of adversity brought by the COVID-19 pandemic, Loreto Municipality has emerged as a resilient and thriving community. The 2020 census revealed a remarkable growth in population, reaching 43,880, which signifies an 8% increase from the 2018 Community-Based Monitoring System (CBMS) count of 40,593.

Construction Boom

One of the standout features of Loreto's resilience is the ongoing construction boom in the municipality. Despite the challenges posed by the pandemic, numerous building projects have taken shape, transforming the local landscape. Notably, Loreto's Business Center now offers six 40-square-meter rooms for rent, each equipped with roll-up doors. In addition to this, there are eight similar spaces available in the Arena, with more spaces and carts for rent on the horizon.

Microtel

Loreto's future looks promising with the impending opening of Microtel, a hospitality establishment designed to meet various accommodation needs. Microtel boasts an array of room options, including 13 Single Rooms (19.25 square meters), 4 Dormitory Rooms (each accommodating 10 persons, with 33 square meters), and 2 Dormitory Rooms (each accommodating 20 persons, with 50.05 square meters). Additionally, there's a VIP room (30.25 square meters) and a luxurious suite spanning 42.70 square meters. The Microtel also features a spacious function hall capable of hosting up to 660 people and offers a stunning sunset view from its balcony.

Exciting Amenities

A swimming pool is currently under construction at the rear of Microtel, set to be adorned with colorful lights to enhance its charm. Complimentary facilities will also be added to ensure that visitors enjoy a comfortable and memorable stay.

 Municipal Dome

Adjacent to Microtel, the Municipal Dome, sometimes referred to as the Dome boasts a seating capacity of approximately 1,427 (with installed seats on the sides). The ground floor plan includes basketball courts, a wide stage, locker rooms, toilets, snack rooms, and ticket booths. The second floor features a VIP room, a control room, and an outdoor balcony where patrons can savor fresh air and scenic views while enjoying their favorite beverages. Bird enthusiasts will delight in the sight of flocks of birds passing by during sunrise or sunset.

At the back of the Dome is the Land Transportation Terminal and Public Market to rise in 2022.
